  • Total Questions: 200 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (4 choices, 1 single correct answer).
  • Negative Marking: Correct answers award 1 mark; wrong answers carry a penalty of frac{1}{3} negative marking. Unanswered items or items marked for review receive zero marks.
  • Question Distribution:
    • 100 Questions: Research Methodology, Research Tools, General English, Aptitude, and Awareness.
    • 100 Questions: Specific Subject domain according to the candidate’s core qualification criteria.
  • Qualifying Cut-off Marks:

    • 45% for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD categories.

Stage-II: Eligibility Screening

  • Candidates will be short-listed in order of merit based on Stage-I results.
  • The top five (5) times the number of advertised category seats will have their uploaded certificates and documents audited for provisional eligibility.

Stage-III: Descriptive Written Test (DWT)

  • Mode: Pen and Paper (Offline mode) conducted exclusively in English.
  • Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes).
  • Maximum Marks: 50 Marks.
  • Objective: To assess practical knowledge application, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making, and administrative or ethical awareness within realistic scenarios.
